We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant staff, especially the German-speaking gentleman, were amazingly friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and breathtaking views. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline and swimming pool, and we appreciated the many activities available for children. Everything was hassle-free and comfortable, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!
This place was clean, nice, and offered a wide variety of delicious breakfasts and dinners. The hotel also had a lovely pool, which was not overcrowded.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The views from our room were breathtaking and we loved being able to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfasts and the pool which was easily accessible. Another thing we appreciated was the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. we had a really enjoyable stay.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we had to pay extra for entrance to the pool. We were surprised that it wasn't included in the price as it had been in other 4-star hotels we've stayed in before.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Czech Republic. the breakfast was good and they had a nice selection of pastries. the hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of walking trails nearby and a beautiful view of the surroundings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk who helped us with directions.
The hotel had a small pool, which was overcrowded during peak hours. They charged extra for towels and locker use at the pool, which came as a surprise.

the warm atmosphere greeted us from the reception to the clean and spacious room with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying the area's natural beauty. We loved the friendly staff who were attentive to all our needs. Breakfast and dinner are delightful, with a wide variety of dishes, including ice cream for dessert! Access to the fantastic swimming pool is bookable- but worth the wait. We enjoyed many activities on our doorstep, like local walks and nearby castles.
The only issue we experienced was with the pricing of some beverages during meals, which seemed more expensive than offered elsewhere.
